Personality Dimensions® (PD®), a well-received Canadian personality assessment and training system, was developed by Lynda McKim, MSW who incorporated the best of David Keirsey's temperament theory and True Colors® for exploring life values and communication styles. Based on your training needs and budget, you may choose one of the following Personality Dimensions® programs:

- Introductory Workshop (for adults in search of self-discovery & communication training)
2. Education
- PD Basics™ (for teenagers and adults in search of own values & ESL input)
- PD for Youth™ (for teenagers in search of self-discovery & mutual understanding in social services settings)
- PD @ School™ (for teenagers in search of self-discovery & mutual understanding in school settings)
- Career Dimensions™ (for young adults in search of self-discovery and career advancement in social services or school settings)
- PD® for Parenting (for parents in search of self-discovery and effective communication with their children)
3. Workplace
- Sales Dimensions™ (helps sales professionals to develop their Personality Radar™ and increase their sales exponentially)
- Conflict Management (helps professionals to recognise and adjust to the diverse ways other people would experience, manage, and seek to resolve conflict)
